1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Items purchased on clearance or promotional sale may not be eligible for returns (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be issued either:
As a replacement product, or
As a cash refund upon verification, depending on the situation.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for size, style, or defect), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with pictures of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
