All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
4. Payment Method – Cash on Delivery
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Customers must pay the full amount in cash to the delivery personnel at the time of receiving their order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details (if provided by the courier service).
6. Delivery Issues
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
Troy Trekker is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], along with photos of the damaged product/package.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
